Role & Responsibilities :

1) Tool Room Back ground

2) Adequate knowledge about Mould & tooling element and their functional requirement is necessary.

3) Hands on experience on handling various tool steels and Nonferrous materials both in Soft and Hard condition.

4) Knowledge on all types of Machining Process, Cutters requirement based on Material being machined.

5) Knowledge required in all machining tools

6) Good knowledge in Siemens control system ( our machine is having Siemens control)

7) Good knowledge in job setup and settings

8) Good knowledge In operation functions of 5 axis machine
