Analog Design Engineer (5-8 yrs)

- Circuit Analog designer, handling circuits like CMOS Amplifiers, LDO, Bandgap, Reference Generators, Comparators, Oscillators, Charge Pumps, Current Mirrors, V2I converters. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for designing, improving, and analyzing analog circuits for IP Development Group.
- Responsible for handling circuits like CMOS Amplifiers, LDO, Bandgap, Reference Generators, Comparators, Oscillators, Charge Pumps, Current Mirrors, V2I converters
- G Responsible for timely and high-quality delivery of hard-core IPs using custom PVT, monte, reliability, ERC, TAV, net listing flows.
- 5 to 8-year experience in analog circuit design in advanced deep sub-micron CMOS process.
- Expertise in Cadence ADE, Synopsys Primetime/Finesim is a must. Exposure to netlist driven simulation flow is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of deep-sub-micron aging affects like HCI, burn sims etc is required.
