Anchor Health & Beauty Care - Manager - Purchase (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for procurement of RM, PM and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Vendor development :
- Developing new vendors for achieving cost efficiency, minimum delivery time & fulfilling quality issues.
- Maintain all information of vendor capabilities for issuing orders accordingly.
- Supervise purchase team maintaining complete updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system.
- Supervise coordination with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up for material clearance :
- Coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site.
- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
- Forwarding Invoices for releasing the vendor payment & Coordinating with Accounts Dept. for the same.
- Maintaining the records of the Purchase Details (i. e. Purchase Request, Purchase Orders, Payment Memos etc).
- Candidate should have experience in Oil purchase.
