Anlog Electrical Engineer (3-8 yrs)
- Ph. D. in electrical engineering, applied physics or a related STEM field OR a Master's degree in electrical engineering, applied physics or a related STEM plus 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience or training in design/modeling of semiconductor circuits/devices
- Dedicated, demonstrated leadership experience
- The ability to acquire and maintain a DOE Q Security Clearance
- Able to work both collaborative and independent work environments
- Knowledge of electrical circuit design and modeling tools (e.g. SPICE, TCAD, COMSOL)
- Knowledge of experimental validation of computational models
- Knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Matlab, Python, C/C++)
