Purchase Merchandising Manager

Job Brief :

- We are looking for an experienced merchandiser who working closely with the buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.

- Must be a business owner/driver, who can balance product, trend, and fashion with our customer's needs in mind. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Job Responsibility :

- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.

- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers and stores to ensure proper execution of plans.

- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.

- Gathering information on market trends and customers reactions to products

- Build constructive customer relationship and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

- Deal with suppliers relating to products, prices and quantities.

- Sourcing of fabrics with different sources.

- Dying of fabrics.

- Negotiate with the suppliers regarding products, price and quantities.

- Focus on sampling.

- Merchandiser for the designing department

- Sourcing good manufacturing units (Embroidery, Stitching, Hand work)

- Specialized in knitting, woolen, Fabric and other premium qualities.

Requirements & Skills :

- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.

- Negotiation Skills

- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills

- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.

- Having knowledge in QC Production (Embroidery, Stitching, Hand Print & Other process)

- Sourcing of Accessories
