Job Description :
- Responsibility of delivery SLA and rider management
Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions.
- Lead training, hiring and enrichment of all delivery associates.
- Establish and manage relations with stores and manpower providers.
- Ensure Max Utilisation and efficiency of Delivery Associates in a cost effective manner.
- Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by a network of Delivery Associates and courier partners.
- Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Lead team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation
- Ensure Rider compliance and resolving their pay-out related issues
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in hyperlocal or city operations,
- Experience of managing riders
- Local language knowledge (Marathi) is preferred
