Application Engineer - Catalyst - Engine Testing (10-15 yrs)
5~8 Year - In Testing of Engine, Exhaust Systems (Catalyst Testing) for Passenger Vehicles or Heavy Duty Applications or MC Application, Experience of New Test Lab Setup, Handling Analyser and Preventive Maintenance & Operation of Testing Equipments
Essential :
- Awareness of Exhaust System Testing and Engines Testing
- Experience of Installation & Operation Test Equipments
- Experience of Preventive Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of Test Rig
Desirable :
- Good in MS Office, Average English Communication Skills
- Dynamic & Confident Candidate, with ability to take pressure of Multiple
Testing Resources :
- Optimize the testing facility output, ensuring a high level of utilisation of resources and minimised downtime while ensuring servicing and calibrations are conducted appropriately.
- Communicate testing delays due to servicing and breakdowns to relevant internal customers.
- Testing Results
- Provide support to Senior members of the team to ensure analysis, interpretation and actions taken regarding the outcomes of test data are appropriate.
- Feedback testing results and anomalies to submitters, answering queries and responding to further requests as required.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Ensure preventative maintenance checks on testing equipment are carried out and ensure servicing and calibration of equipment is completed.
- Accountable for fault finding, Calibration, Health & Safety.
