Application Engineer - Chemical Testing (1-3 yrs)
Position : Application Engineer (Field Technician)
Department: Application Center (Lab/Ana)
Location: Kengeri Bangalore south, Karnataka
Job Role :
- Execution of customer sample trials and writing a report.
- Examination of newly developing or competitors equipment in accordance with test instructions.
- Perform chemical or physical tests on different materials (outsourcing parts), and prepare reports for R&D tests.
- Data Analysis by using SQC methods; Results & Discussion & Reports
- Independent customer advisory service by email/ Phone.
- Find new application solution with IKA products and competitors on the local market
- Daily lab equipment and environment management.
- Customer visits for demonstration and training purpose.
Qualifications :
- B.Sc in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry / Bio-technology
- 1-2 Years Experience in any R&D/Testing/Analysis Lab
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good Communication Skills (both in verbal & Written)
Knowledge on handling the common lab equipment and techniques
