Job Description:

- Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for power electronics customers (Power Industrial Automation and Datacom Telecom) with documentation in the CRM tool (ACE).

- Identify and close opportunities related to thermal management, potting, encapsulation, globe top, gasketing, coating etc. to generate more NES

- Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases and responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers.

- Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of application engineer field team or project team members.

- Promote internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts.

- Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.

- Work closely with the R&D team to relay customer feedback and help in the development of new adhesive / modify existing products or formulations tailored to specific customer needs.

- Reporting of laboratory results and methods according to accepted standards and communicate to internal/external customers.

- Work with customers to optimize adhesive application processes, ensuring that adhesives meet the required performance specifications (e.g., thermal, electrical, mechanical properties).

- Offer expert advice on adhesive selection, handling, storage, and processing to maximize efficiency, reliability, and quality.

- Recommend and implement process improvements in adhesive dispensing, curing, and bonding techniques to increase yield and reduce costs. Use appropriate tools (Leverage Point) to develop and present value proposition to customer

- Take ownership of regional lab and lab maintenance in accordance with Henkel standard.

Skill:

- Minimum 2+ years in adhesive applications within electronics manufacturing (e.g., PCB, optoelectronics, batteries and fiber optics).

- Experience working in power electronics (EV infra, Automation, Lighting, Solar) and datacom/telecom industry will be added advantage.

- Ability to work independently, communicate with laboratory members, and maintain organized records/reports.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

- Solution oriented and ability to work as a team.

- Advanced user of MS Office applications Ability to understand products associated with assigned technologies.
