We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to spearhead the development of our autonomous forklift AMR. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assembling a technical team, managing the project's progress, controlling the budget, and establishing key supplier relationships.

Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer (Robotics)

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions for robotics projects.

- Write and optimize code for robot controllers, sensors, actuators, and other robotic components (C++, Python, ROS).

- Prototype, test, and iterate on robotic systems, ensuring that designs are feasible and efficient.

- Work on mechanical design tasks such as CAD modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) for robot parts and systems.

- Troubleshoot software issues in robotic systems, ensuring smooth operations in real-world environments.

- Work on Robotics Simulation like Nvidia Issac and Gazebo

- Analyze and improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of existing robotic designs and systems.

- Maintain proper documentation for design, testing, and coding work related to robotic projects.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with robotics and mechanical design.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical design.

- Strong experience in programming and robotics coding (C++, Python, ROS, etc.).

- Experience in Robotics Simulation like Nvidia Issac or Gazebo would be beneficial

- Experience with prototyping and testing robotic systems.

- Familiarity with automation technologies and principles.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
