Job role Summary:

- We are seeking a creative, technically proficient, and professionally driven Architect to join our Nagpur office. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design development and construction documentation of international architectural projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality outputs within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Project Development

- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings in line with project requirements and standards.

- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and construction details for various project typologies.

- Support design development, visualization, and presentation materials.

- Interpret and implement design intent accurately across drawing sets.

- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams to ensure seamless integration.

- Assist with design clarifications, RFIs, and documentation support.

- Manage architectural deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

Project Management

- Support projects through all design phases - from concept design to construction documentation.

- Ensure drawing accuracy, quality control, and adherence to company SOPs.

- Track assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain documentation standards.

Innovation & Technology

- Utilize advanced design technology (e.g., Revit, BIM workflows, DFMA design)

- Contribute to efficient documentation processes aligned with BASE4's fast-paced delivery model.

- Support adoption of best practices in architectural production and coordination.

Teamwork & Leadership

- Mentor junior architects and interns where applicable.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices

- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Software & Tools:

- Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, SketchUp, Photoshop

Preferred:

- Experience working on international projects with BIM workflows and collaborative design coordination.

- Exposure to residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Qualifications:

- B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.

- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and documentation.

- Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed architectural drawings.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong work ethic with a responsible and professional attitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good time management and ability to plan, balance, and prioritize work.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Creative mindset with strong visualization and design sensibility.

- Willingness to build a long-term association with the firm (minimum expected tenure of 2 years).

- Comfortable working in a 5-day work week, office-based environment.
