Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect with expertise in interior design, structural detailing, layout planning, and floor/elevation design. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, space planning, and 3D modeling, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural layouts).
- Design interior spaces with functional and aesthetic considerations.
- Create 3D models and renderings for client presentations using SketchUp & Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure structural feasibility.
- Prepare construction drawings, BOQs, and working drawings in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and site constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material & execution details.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of interior detailing, space planning, and structural elements.
- Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for rendering.
- Familiarity with green building/sustainable design practices.
