- Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings to aid in presentations and design reviews.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on real estate development and design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods.Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and project management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
