Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect who will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to construction administration.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to construction documentation.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

- Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.

- Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.

- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

- Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects in Mumbai.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
