Architect - Design & Development (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As an Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Your expertise and experience will contribute to creating innovative and functional spaces that meet the client's requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
- You will work closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibility :
- Oversee and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Lead the design process, translating client's needs and aspirations into creative and practical architectural solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Computer-Aided Design(CAD)software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Freshers with and Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience working as an architect, with a focus on designing and managing complex projects can Apply
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Project Management, Design,or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional licensure or certification as an architect is preferred.
