Architect - Design Development (8-13 yrs)
Job Role & Key Accountabilities :
1. Support design co-ordination with respective consultants as per approved concept and ensure design development as per statutory norms within the schedule.
2. Design - Build Review (DBR) drawings submitted by consultants to facilitate necessary design refinements
3. Develop pre - concepts for Projects and facilitate internal approvals for concepts / design
4. Support design interface with internal technical services for total design development
5. Prepare design options/solutions for problem areas to clarify, expedite the design development as per management requirements
6. Architectural support to technical and non-technical departments (Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, Costing & Liaisoning)
7. Facilitate internal meeting
8. Ensure Project Presentation as per Management inputs
9. Interface with project mangers based on build ability / budget analysis
10. Facilitating budget preparation on area statements
11. Ensure liaison support with all concerned agencies / institutions where required
12. Perform site visits
