We have job opening with our client for Architect role at Gurgaon location.

Should have worked on hospitals project.

An - Architecture- is required to perform the following functions :

- It is required to have the complete understanding of the requirements of the project design intent as well as statutory norms before start of the further works.

- The Architect shall be required to interact with the senior Architect/ Principal Architect and take initiatives on their own to completely understand the conceptual and statutory parameters of the project(s).

After the complete understanding of the concept, the Architecture shall be required to perform the following functions:

a) Drawings required for various stages of the project(s) have to be developed along with maintaining high drawing standards as per benchmarking set forth by the Senior Architect/ Principal Architect.

b) Interact with external consultants and vendors and obtain all information required for the coordination.

c) Process and incorporate all necessary information sent by the consultants in consultation with Senior Architect / Principal Architect and incorporate the same in the drawings.

d) Maintain all the necessary and important documentation / correspondence record through hard copy with maintaining filing time to time as required.

e) Exhibit design solutions, problem solving & expediting delivery of submittals.

f) Focus on specialised activities like Tendering, Costing, Statutory Approval of projects.

g) Regular visits to the site& coordination of site drawings.

h) The Architect should be strong team player and have good spirits of teamwork.

i) Self-improvement, knowledge and skill enhancement should be constant.

j) Any other professional due diligence not mentioned above to be performed in order to complete the architectural works as per the requirements shall be performed by the architect.

k) The Architect has to exhibit proactiveness in executing all task and the same shall require to be performed with good industry standards.

l) The architect has to envisage the status of Senior Architect/ Principal Architect and all seniors in the company as their clients and the professional services being rendered by the architect should be done with the same attitude.

m) Any activity not mentioned herewith but necessary technically or professionally for the project as per by the Architect in the essence of the functions, terms and requirements of the Council of Architecture, India shall be performed by the Architect.

n) The requirements of the client to be performed by the company shall also be taken as primary functions of the Architect as an individual professional or as a team.

o) The Architect shall not make their activities as only - subject to instructions- from seniors and shall make all efforts to expedite the work. However, all activities shall be performed while keeping the Senior Architect and Principal Architect or other Seniors in the company aware of the work being performed in detail.
