Architect & Interior Designer (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Architectural Responsibilities :
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals
- Prepare drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulations
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and design reviews
- Assist in approvals and documentation for authorities
Interior Design Responsibilities
- Create interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes
- Design space planning, furniture layouts, lighting, and finishes
- Select materials, fixtures, furniture, and d- cor elements
- Prepare detailed interior drawings and BOQs
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure design quality and execution as per approved drawings
Project Coordination
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and design deliverables
- Address design changes and resolve site issues
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred (for architects)
- 5- 6 years of relevant professional experience (customizable)
Required Skills :
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar
