Job Title : Architect - Pervasive Engineering Simulation

About Us :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Solution Eco-system (SES) team in Digital Twin - Integrated Asset Performance Management (DT-IAPM). As an Architect in Pervasive Engineering Simulation, you will play a key role in conducting simulations, synthesizing data, and applying cutting-edge computational methods to address complex challenges in Industrial & Energy Infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting CFD/FEM/MBD simulations and synthesizing resulting data for machine learning algorithms.

- Data synthesis through simulation for various assets, including motors, turbomachines, and static assets.

- Design of experiments (DOE) and validation and verification of simulation scenarios using CFD, FEA, MBD, and Electrochemistry.

- Generate health and failure data for turbomachinery components and hybrid models using simulations.

- Asset template creation and ownership of topics like fluid dynamics, heat transfer, cooling system design, and mechanical designs of industrial machinery.

- Creating technical contents for proposals, documentation, and implementation of optimization proposals.

- Create virtual sensors and immersive visualization using AR/VR technology to enhance the digital twin experience.

- Generate FMUs and Reduced Order Models (ROMs) to capture physics with high accuracy and incorporate real-time data for predictive analysis.

- Support the Customer Solutioning Group (CSG) by providing innovative solutions and applying cutting-edge simulation techniques.

- Collaborate with academic institutions and research organizations to explore novel and innovative technologies.

- Document all simulation results and prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Degree (B.E./M.Tech./PhD) in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computational Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/Mathematics/Physics or related discipline.

- Strong hold on topics involving Thermal & Fluid engineering.

- Proficient knowledge and experience in CFD, FEM, and system-level simulation.

- At least 10 years of professional experience.

- Working knowledge with simulation software packages, such as ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL, Amesim, and programming skills.

- Strong background in vibrational data analysis and knowledge of turbomachines.

- Very good technical understanding and a high sense of responsibility.

- A good team player who can adapt to dynamic business requirements.

- Mindset & Passion to solve customer problems.
