Architect - Residential/Commercial & Private residences (3-10 yrs)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant design and project handling experience from concept till completion.
- Bachelors and/or Masters- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach
- Should have dedicated residential experience.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability
standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
- Excellent communicator with strong presentations skills - written, oral and graphic.
- Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples
Applicant should be working For UHNI kind of architecture . Projects of crores and above only. Independently should be able to handle projects of different typology.
Projects encompassing a range of specialized practice areas such as Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape Design.
