Responsibilities :

Architectural Design :

- Lead the design process for residential and commercial projects from concept development to construction documentation.

- Develop innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project goals.

- Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using CAD software and other relevant tools.

Project Management :

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address design issues, and ensure quality control.

Client Interaction :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for the project.

- Present design proposals, concepts, and progress updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.

- Address client feedback and incorporate changes to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Code Compliance :

- Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulations.

- Incorporate sustainable design principles and best practices into architectural designs to promote environmental stewardship.

Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to integrate various design elements into cohesive architectural solutions.

- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural design concepts, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.

- 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
