Architect/Senior Architect - Luxury Retail

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 8 to 20 years

Must-Have :

- High-end luxury retail or hotels.

- Must be able to read through architectural/technical drawings.

- An in-depth understanding of architectural aspects is mandatory.

- Must have completed 2-3 full cycle similar projects.

- Must have exposure to working with international designers/architects.

Requirements :

- BE/B.Arch degree.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in an architectural role, with at least 2-3 full cycle similar projects completed.

- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.

- Experience working with international designers/architects is preferred.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Read and review architectural/technical drawings.

- Ensure that the architectural aspects of the project are in accordance with the project goals and client requirements.

- Take ownership of the design process and provide design solutions that meet the project requirements.

- Supervise the development of architectural design from concept to completion.

- Ensure that the project meets all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

- Review and approve all design and construction documentation.

- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to ensure that all design requirements are met.

- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and support staff.

- Keep up-to-date on new design trends and emerging technologies.

- Participate in design competitions to build the firm's portfolio.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.

- Travel to project sites as needed.
