Architect/Senior Architect - Urban Planning - Government Projects (6-12 yrs)
Our client is an emerging architecture and design firm specializing in institutional and government projects. They are building a high-performance design team focused on quality execution, technical precision, and design excellence. Architect : 5-6 yrs any project exp
Sr. Architect : 8+yrs with exp in Govt or Institutional projects (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from concept to execution
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and GFC sets
- Develop 3D models and detailed documentation using Revit (mandatory)
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and statutory regulations
- Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation
- Manage client interactions and project presentations when required
