Role & responsibilities : 

1. Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.

2. Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans. and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant software

3. Create 3D models and visualizations using Sketchup and other rendering software to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

4. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data and assess project feasibility.

5. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure that design intent is effectively translated into construction,

6. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate the latest advancements into design solutions.

7. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to solicit feedback and address concerns.

8. Adhere to project schedules. budgets. and quality standards to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

2. Experience working on AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other architectural software tools.

3. Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication. teamwork, and presentation skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and start work immediately.
