- A steel-making complex in Odisha proudly representing a modern-day temple of India's industrial progress. The company is working towards making the world's largest single-location steel-making complex, meticulously aligned to the National Steel Policy. The Plant spread across 5300 acres. The Integrated Steel Plant, initially envisaged as the country's first steel plant to be based on purely swadeshi raw material, involved setting up the world's largest Coal Gasification Plant (CGP) for Steel making. The facility develops special grade plates for various critical applications like boilers, petroleum pipes, ship building, automotive, oil exploration, earthmovers, war ships, bulletproof vehicles, and nuclear applications. The plant will expand its steel production capacity to 12 MTPA by 2025. Subsequently, the objective is to further augment the capacity of the Odisha plant from 6 MTPA to 25.2 MTPA, utilising clean energy resources by 2030.

Responsibilities :

- Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

- Obtain all necessary regulations and permits.

- Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.

- Make sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.

- Manage the team of construction and oversees their work.

- Communicates with the client inside the organization and deliver project progress report.

- Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.

- Write and submit testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports.

- Ensure that all local, state, regulations and safety precautions are followed.

- Use scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

1. B.E./ B.Tech.(60% throughout) in civil engineering having 15-25 years of experience in construction of high-rise residential & special building.
