Area Manager - Control Tower/Supply Chain Management (2-7 yrs)
Area Manager- Central Ops (Control Tower Operation/ Supply chain Management)
Job Description :
In this role, you are primarily responsible for control tower operations which is 24- 7 operational
Your Responsibilities :
- Co-ordinate with the regional/ Central teams and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor supply chain metrics for all the facilities and validate the root cause
- Consolidated daily performance report for delivery, complaints, and inventory
- Monitor SOP compliance across all cities
- Assist on process rollouts across all cities
- Data analysis to understand the delivery, inventory and complaints trends, act on it for the structural solve
Requirements :
- Education : Graduation with e-commerce supply chain experience
- Good in Advance excel and stakeholder management
- Should be good in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
Additional details :
- Shift Timing : 4 am-2 PM
- 6 days working in a week
