Area Manager - Operational Excellence (3-9 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
Operations leadership role.
- PnL responsibility at cluster level
- Operational Unit set up and expansion in the cluster initially
- Ensuring cost control and optimisation
- Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Operational KPIs
- Execution of operational plans
- Managing daily operations - Processing Centers, Branches, First Mile and last mile network, business partners
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes at PC, branches and terminals
