Area Manager - Sourcing & Quality - Fruits & Vegetable (4-10 yrs)
Position : Area Manager - Sourcing and Quality - Fruits and Vegetable
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Receiving materials from different vendors, physical quantity verification, and entry of Material as per the receipt quantity, maintenance of the accuracy of stocks, physical verification & reconciliation of Inward & Outward stock
- Issuance of material & execution of dispatches as per the order
- Inventory management & planning as per company schedule
- Tracking of dead stock & slow-moving items
- Ensure daily dispatches as per requisition, planning timely picking / dispatching & managing all entry in systems along with data management
- Planning & scheduling dispatches so as to ensuring safe, speedy, cost effective dispatches.
- To maintain WH -efficiency at 100%
- Coordinating with other departments like procurement & purchase planning for smooth functioning
- To conduct Cycle Count and ensure the same activity is carried out at all locations & WHs in accordance to the SOPs as per schedule fixed and ensuring nil negative stock before the start of the activity
- Responsible for handling manpower
- Create, review & analyze reports on operations.
- Ensure that product is dispatched on time to internal and external customers.
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift.
