Area Manager - Store & Inventory Management - FMCG (5-12 yrs)
Responsible for Planning, Execution and Customer Service supervising business teams to promote company's products in the assigned area for revenue growth, conducting market research to assess market trends and explore business opportunities in assigned area
Fore casting profits and sales and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.
Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales Key role involvement in financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
Maintained and increased sales of the company's products
Ensuring compliance with company's policies and SOP.
Maintaining store profit & loss regularly.
Day-to-day store operations and ensuring hygienic and comfortable environment inside the store and great customer engagement.
