Job Description :
- Responsible for handling east india states with team size of 5-6 service engineers, ready to travel across east india, responsible for customer satisfaction, downtime control, oil sales, parts availability at entire zone,
- Should have knowledge of Agricultural equipments & working with tractors,
- Should motivate his team & responsible to carry out service promotional activities and cost control with New kaizen idea implementation.
Mandatory Skills : Work exp from tractor mfg company service dept and handling team of 2-3 engineers.
Secondary Skills : Work exp from agricultural machinery/Implement mfg company service dept handling 3-4 engineers
