We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to work closely with the MD in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality strategic business understanding.

- Scheduling meetings, and organizing daily calendars.To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies.

- Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of the MD and perform analytic and strategic tasks to ensure our business workflow runs smoothly.To work closely with MD for Business requirements. To Use analytical skills to help MD in day to day basis .To make strategically minutes of meeting with all the stakeholders.

- Responsible for business Management. Manage internal/external communication related to the Director .Prepare/ present letters, reports and self correspondence based on requirements.

- Scheduling tasks of Director, maintain appointments & meetings with internal and external clients.

- Attending to guests of Director, collating materials, participating in meetings followed by drafting and circulating minutes of meetings.

- Design and generate various reports for the review and analysis of the Director and other stakeholders to design strategy for improvement in business operations and increase in revenue generation

Coordinate daily calendars of MD -

- Plan appointments and events of MD

- Act as the point of contact between HOD's / Clients and MD

- Create regular reports and update internal databases

- Make travel arrangements

- Manage phone calls and emails

- Respond promptly to MD's queries

- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)

- Suggest more efficient ways to run the business and troubleshoot malfunctions strategically

- Review and recommend changes to the business

- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
