Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the project team to implement and execute works according to standards and specifications, and ensure project is completed on schedule.
Prepare and update master program and internal micro program.
Coordinate with all stake holders ie. technical team, subcontractors and site production team on a daily basis
Attend weekly technical meetings with consultants, technical team to resolve drawing & site issues
Attend safety meetings and ensure safety of all staff and workers at site, and all safety requirements are carried out especially Risk Assessment & Safe Work Procedure
Progress reporting to management
Requirements :
Must have Building Construction Supervisors Safety (Tunnelling) Course
Must have Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
Must have Work-At-Height Course for Supervisors
Must have at least three years experience of managing a direct owned team of more than 15 installers
Must have hands-on knowledge of electrical installation works inside tunnel
Must be independent & capable of handling rotational shifts
