Ashish Builders - Chief Architect - Design & Implementation (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with outsourced architect and consultant teams to translate designs into working drawings.
- Independently prepare designs, layouts, and detailed drawings when required.
- Supervise site execution to ensure architectural design, aesthetics, and quality are maintained.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants and site engineers.
- Review drawings, provide clarifications, and resolve site-level design issues.
- Report directly to the MD/CEO on design progress and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 5- 10 years of experience in real estate / construction projects.
- Strong design sense with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (or similar).
- Experience in handling residential or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
