Importance of Position :

This role is intended to provide an availability of Assembly staff to produce Electric vehicles

The goal is to drive Assembly function successfully that improves Productivity, Quality, Delivery performance.

Skills Needed:

- Strong in regional language Hindi/Gujarati. English is added advantage.

- Developing a Assembly team with Multi skill & Multitasking

- Strong interpersonal skills, supported by strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills

- Minimal verbal presentation and written communication skills

- Able to work quickly under multiple task pressure without direct supervision.

- Able to understand technical diagrams and manuals

- Aware of electrical, mechanical and chemical - basics, health and safety norms

- Exposure to MS -Office, Email, Travelling to new places and appropriate health

Roles & Responsibilities :

- This position has to provide improved producitvity with optimum utilisation of available resources

- This position will be based in our Manufacturing factory.

- Submit timely (Daily/weekly/monthly) Quality reports to Supplier, Assembly Section and Management

- Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to staff base when required

- Escalate technical issues and Provide product feedback/customer suggestions to R&D/Production on monthly reporting

- Involve with other team members to establish best practices/decisions and Act independently when required

- Maintain corporate values and policy
