Assembly Manager - Heavy Fabrication Industry (10-15 yrs)
Job Requirements : B.E / B. Tech Mechanical with min.10 years of experience (3-5 years of Assembly experience) in engineering / heavy manufacturing industry preferably capital goods industries.
Primary objectives/responsibility :
- Liaise and coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub assemblies.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
- Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
- Maintain safe working environment & Implement 6S at work place.
- Familiar with various types of gear box assembly.
- In depth Knowledge to read Pneumatic circuit & its assembly.
- Knowledge of various type of insulations & its cladding.
