Responsibilities :

Execution of real estate valuation and consultancy assignments :

- Analyse Investments in Residential Real Estate Projects

- Evaluation of Project Costing - analysis of cost incurred and overall cost budget, on-going monitoring of cost post disbursement

- Evaluation of Project Approvals

- Evaluation & active monitoring of project implementation cycle to ensure adherence with agreed business plan

- Development related research and analysis for all types of real estate assets.

- Conducting city-wide real estate market overviews across residential real estate

- Evaluate the project feasibility and the ROI and recommend financing decisions.

Experience :

Strategic Project Planning :

- Should have developed project execution plans and conceptual strategies on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Experienced in modernized construction methodology and latest techniques

Project Controls :

- Preparing the project base line schedule, budget and monitoring the same with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs. Participate in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottle-necking

- Implementation of all major Perspectives of Project Management & Execution viz, Financials Planning, Design & Co-ordination, Statutory Compliances, Quality Control, Organization, Deployment and Management of Projects Team with an approach to achieve hind end finish for the projects

Candidate Specifications :

- Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture with a PG Qualification in Management / Project Management

- Seasoned project management professional, with 8+ years of hard-core experience in conceptualization, master planning, project evaluation of Residential Real Estate Sector.

- Strong commercial skills, technical skills and good understanding of project finance

- The incumbent should possess a high level of energy and drive & Hands-on.

- Have an entrepreneurial bent of mind & possess an ability to take independent decisions and get them implemented

- He / She must possess excellent communication skills & the necessary maturity to command respect from all levels of management.

- Self - motivated and a self-starter.
