Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in warehouse/industrial / High rise buildings construction projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety standards are met across multiple project locations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities on-site for warehouse/industrial projects.

- Ensure timely execution of works as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with Consultant, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

- Verify materials, workmanship, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Manage site documentation including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and labor records.

- Conduct layout, marking, leveling, and ensure structural works (foundation, RCC, PEB, flooring, etc.) are done accurately.

- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and environmental norms.

- Maintain project schedule and report deviations to project managers.

- Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues.

- Handle site measurements, BOQs, and material reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in civil site execution of warehouse/industrial/logistics park / High rise buildings projects.

- Strong knowledge of RCC structure, PEB structure works, flooring, drainage, compound wall, road works, etc.

- Willingness to travel or relocate Pan India as per project requirements.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and site engineering tools.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and construction norms.
