Assistance Engineer - Electrical (1-3 yrs)

Job Title - Assistance Engineer - Electrical
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge or experience in Operation & Maintenance of hydro power plant.
- Knowledge of Generator, excitation system and protection system.
- Should be able to adapt hydro project operations & maintenance.
- Ensure safe and healthy environment in their own area of work.
- Make yearly/monthly/weekly/daily plan & schedule for round the clock (24x7)of various electrical equipment.
- Building the maintenance team under them by unleashing the potential of each individual in respective core areas e.g. Motors, Panels, switchgear, transformer, & total lighting system.
- Developing the Electrical workshop for Electrical equipment repair.
- Planning and procurement initiatives for all spares and consumable.
- Exposure on transformer, switchgear, HT & LT Panels, HT & LT motor, generator. Problem solving / trouble shooting - and root cause analysis of break down.
- Team Working - Ability to work effectively.
- Leadership- ability to lead a team effectively and get things done.
- Exposure on HT motor, transformer, HT Panels.
- Exposure on testing of transformer, HT motor, generator.
