Assistant Engineer - Electrical Maintenance (3-15 yrs)
Working Days: 6 days working
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily break down maintenance, trouble shooting.
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly scheduled maintenance.
- Update the preventive maintenance check sheet.
- PLC programming modification, (Omron, Siemens, Keyence,)
- HMI Program
- LabVIEW Programming
- Servo drive/Motor and stepper drive / Motor maintenance and tuning
- Electric and electronic Troubleshooting
- Vision system Tuning, installation (Keyence, Omron, Wenglor, Cognex).
- Knowledge in Photo Electric sensors, Proximity sensors.
- Knowledge in Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
- Worked in Automated line, Product testing machine.
