Role/Title : Asst GM/ Asso.GM Location: Gurgaon

Comparable Industries : ABB metals, Siemens, Primetals, Danieli, TMEIC

Total Team Size (On Roll) : NIL

Financial Size (if any) : Approx. 100 to 200 mio INR each project. Multiple project

- Key External Dealing End Users (Steel Plants) like Tata Steel, JSW etc

- Key Internal E&A execution, E&A engineering, Respective sales BU (SDE + SMI), Purchase

- Min. Qualification Req. Electrical Engineering Graduate

- Experience Range Req. Around 8 to 14 years

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Key Activities) % : 80%

1. Prepare technical specification for SMI part

2. Make technical selection and optimization of high value items (with vendor support, if needed)

3. Attend technical discussions (if needed along with SDE colleagues) along with BU or independently, interact with customer and convince him about the SMS EA solution

4. Update information in Sales tools (CRM etc)

5. Provide back end support for developing / Maintain estimation tools

6. Customer visits for sales leads / identifying opportunities - especially in Revamp / Upgrade projects and Digital solutions"

20% :

1. Site Survey to gather information on complex projects (revamps, modernizations etc)

2. Provide support to the mechanical BU on technological issues

3. Presentation at seminars / or with customers, as and when needed

4. Involve in software solution development (concept level)

5. Competencies required : Knowledge & Skills Scope "Level ( Basic, Advance & Expert)"

6. Process Knowhow / Technological Competence Knowhow in Rolling Mills and Processing Lines Basic

7. Communication Skills / Presentation Skill Advance
