Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Automobile Manufacturing (15-22 yrs)
Opening with leading Automobile Manufacturing Organisation based in Delhi.
Position - AGM / DGM - Quality
Job Location - Delhi
Work Exp. - 15-22 Years
Qualification - BE/ B.Tech. (Regular)
Role :
- Strong Exposure in the field of Quality Assurance Verticals i.e Exposure in Incoming Inspection,
- In Process Quality, Customer Complaints Handling, Supplier Quality Assurance, Final Inspection & Process & Product Audits /Quality Systems activities.
Job Profile :
- Supplier Audit plan & confirm the adherence of audits.
- Up gradation to the Suppliers.
- Imparting trainings to suppliers for APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Process Audits& Product Audits.
- Upgrade ISO 9001:2008 of existing Suppliers & Up-gradation on regular basis.
- Regular Quality alert to the supplier for both in house & customer quality issues.
- Interaction with supplier about quality alert, derive root cause & initiate corrective action.
- Review PPAP as a reflection of corrective action taken.
- Review supplier quality ratings & giving feedback to suppliers.
- Part, Process, Product Audit
- In-Process / Assembly/ Final Audits
- Continue to Work on COPQ through Funnel Test.
- Preparation of Inspection Norms & Standards
- To begin with audit of supplier for supplier's qualification for registration of new vendor.
- Assessment of supplier for requirements of Systems (ISO/TS).
- Leading development of part within quality specifications along with purchase stand point & realization of output i.e, part getting through with Customers Quality.
- Looking after Management review, Quality review.
- Providing wing to wing interactive customer support.
- Handling of all types of customer's complaints & providing corrective & preventive action for their detection & occurrence causes.
- Internal Quality Audits
- Getting Surveillance/ Customer Audit done and closure of NCs with CAPA within Time Frame.
