Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Project Management - Industrial Products (10-12 yrs)
Purpose of the job :
- To clear the order backlog
- Project Management activities
- To improve the Customer Communication
- To improve On Time Delivery Performance
Main tasks and responsibilities :
1. To monitor progress and complete execution of an order
2. Reporting of Progress reports to Customer, Management
3. To ensure timely submission of drawings and documents to Customer
4. Execution of project from customers and organizations point of view within stipulated time and cost
5. To be proactive in communication with Supply Chain Planned in the event of shortages and use Supply Chain resource effectively to support customer business efficiency
6. Reporting of deviation in delivery to customer if any
7. Ensure timely supplies of the project
8. Coordinate with QA, Service Engineers, Sales and Tendering team, Engineering team, Operations, Finance, Logistics Team, etc.
9. Ensuring efficient handling of Customer and Third Party Inspectors.
