Job Description

We are presently looking our for a Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Mechanical maintenance

- Maintenance Knowledge of assembly Machines, press shop operations and trouble-shooting. Knowledge of other process areas such as machining, heat treatment, grinding and is desirable as also the working knowledge of maintenance.

- Ability to understand/Design hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and troubleshooting with Basic PLCs Knowledge.

- Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices and that of quality system.

- Analytical and problem solving abilities.

- Ability to lead, guides, train and motivate team of young work force comprising of diploma engineers & ITI.

- Result orientation: Should be able to Manage and achieve Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance requirements as per target / plan. Spares planning and Ensuring availability of spares at all times

- Should be able to ensure discipline and safety in the plant.

- Should have flair for employee relations-should be able to work closely with his team, sensing their pulse and leading, motivating and challenging them to achieve higher targets.

- Responsible for all Maintenance activities in the in the shop -PM, Spares Management, Up keeping Machines from Breakdowns, discipline etc..

- Will be responsible for leading and carrying out continuous improvements in the shop floor.

- Will be responsible for devising ways and means to improve competency of his team members by training and job allocations.

- Basic Knowledge on Electrical Equipment

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
