Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Planning Engineer - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)
Technical Skills:
- Must know MS Project for schedule development, Task sequencing, resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Should have strong knowledge in Auto Cad.
- Should have strong problem solving skills.
- Should have clear and effective communication skills with various stakeholders, project team, contractors, consultants and senior management.
Project Scheduling and Planning:
- Prepare comprehensive project schedules in MS Project.
- To establish key milestones, deadlines and timelines for critical project stages ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectation.
- Identify resource needs based on project requirements.
- Monitor resource usage to ensure cost effective allocation, avoiding bottlenecks and minimizing wastage.
- Monitoring the progress of the project.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the management by providing updates on progress, risks and overall project status.
