Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Production - Ferro Chrome (10-12 yrs)
- Required Ferro Chrome Production in-charge in Odisha.
Designation : Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager
Qualification : B.E / B. Tech - Metallurgy
Minimum experience : 10 years
Job Descriptions :
- To manage end to end production for Furnace to achieve the Daily / Monthly targets of company through quality production.
- Monitor shop floor related to load, charge mix, electrode management, tapping operation, metal recovery etc.
- Responsible for all techno-economic parameters like Cr recovery, Specific power, Specific carbon etc.
- Participate in implementing technologies and process innovations
- Tracking of Stock and consumption of Consumables
- Execute different cost reduction initiatives.
- Adhere safety norms and regulatory compliance.
- Tracking of manpower deployment and control.
Salary : Negotiable as per norms.
- Immediate joining or 15 days is highly preferred.
