- Within AIL, Planning Managers are responsible for Planning and mointoring of Projects and Technology Initiatives along with implementers of Business Excellence Processes.

- They are well verse with Construction Project lifecycle and familiar with processes of Project Management.

- Support technology managers in adherence to business processes of basic engineering and time, resource planning of respective initiative.

- Monitor adherence to targets and escalate to BE projects' head for timely resolution on periodic basis.

- Own the planning, monitoring and control, closure processes and implement for the projects.

- Support Project Group leaders in course correction during the Project.

- Do deliverables planning with Project Function Managers.

- Support them in identifying capacities of various engineering resources.

- Prepare procurement schedule and sync with integrated project schedules to ensure no gaps are there. Organize and conduct periodic reviews to highlight slippage.

- Ensure construction in sync with schedule and plan / improvise resources required for the project monitor contractor bidding and selection process.

- Should have knowledge of MS Project & Primavera

Salary : INR 10,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.
