Responsibilities :

- To diagnose and report all the electrical break down cases

- Monitor and conduct root case analysis of all electrical cases

- To develop SOP on diagnosis of major electrical repair work

- Ensure the availability of electrical diagnosis tool

- Maintain record of electrical tools

- Ensure safety of technicians and tools at all time

- Coordinate with training team for time to time training of technicians and supervisors

- To generate & circulate the maintenance related MIS of assigned station.

- To update and maintain maintenance related documentation as per IndiGo standard

- To keep a track over repetitive complaints and ensure their closures at the earliest

- To provide component failure reports in case of unpredicted failures of equipment/vehicle

- Proactive and Frugal approach towards maintenance practices

- To identify alternate sources for new spare purchases and repairing of aggregates/components while maintaining quality standards and cost at par wherever required

- Accountability to provide serviceability of vehicles/equipment to user end

- Liasioning with key stake holders in order to ensure smooth operation of vehicle/equipment

- Closure of audit report related to all parameters within the mentioned time line

- Roster mapping of staffs and ensuring leave relief against all key persons

- Tie ups with OEMs/Vendor for the rectification/health checkups/AMC of vehicle/equipment

- To coordinate with training team for the training of manpower

- To maintain workshop at level of quality audit standards

- Identify the spare parts required and maintain the inventory level in the store. Manage the store for spare parts and transportation of spares to different locations whenever required.

- Regular monitoring of supervisor/shift in charges

- To ensure optimum use of all kind of resources & keep a check to stop misuse of resources & equipment.

- Upkeep of workshop and all equipment

- To ensure availability of all tools required for maintaining smooth operation of workshop while keeping their records up to date regarding current stock and compliances.

- To ensure aesthetic of all the vehicle/equipment are up to the mark as per IndiGo standard all time.

- Ensure the grooming of equipment/vehicle and staff

- Ensure proper stowage and disposal of scrap as per norms set by regulatory authorities

- Execution of advisories and campaigns suggested by management from time to time within given time frame.

- Proactively preventing occurrence of any incident related to GSE/V

- Time bound closure of all incidents/hazards reported by internal or external stake holders

- To liase with competent authorities for seeking approvals, permits, fitness, HST, CNG, PUC, insurances, registration/NOC & fitness of vehicles etc.

- To ensure execution of above activities on time for all requirement vehicles and avoid penalty

- To ensure all technicians/supervisor are following safety SOP all time

- To implement safety standard and signage

- Ensure the availability of PPEs at all time.

- Maintain safety related documentation for required contents at all given time

- To maintain workshop at level of safety audit standards
