Assistant Manager - Electrical Maintenance (3-8 yrs)
- Will work & Manage the shift and handle the manpower.
- To execute Preventive Maintenance Plan
- Attending Machine electrical Breakdown and resolving issues within stipulated time
- Availability of Utility Facilities (EOT Cranes, DG Set, Air Compressor, Weigh Scales, CCTV etc.)
- Execute Statutory Compliances- Testing of Lifting Tools & Tackles, Calibration of Weighing Scale
- Spare Parts Management
- Improvement projects to be carried out for machine reliability
- Basic Knowledge of IATF is required
- Knowledge of Maintenance parameters like MTTR, MTBF, SCADA system, & Power distribution etc.,
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Pokayoke
- Hands on experience on S7300/ 400, G120.S120, PLC & drive
- Equipment control, sensor tech, AC motor
- SAP Knowledge of SAP - PP, MM Module
- Inspection of DG Set & Electricity Line
- To eliminate unsafe conditions & practices
