Assistant Manager - Engineering Projects - Pharma MNC (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Design, tender drafting, planning/scheduling, Purchase requests / indenting, execution, commissioning & validation of process equipment, utility equipment, support equipment, facility related equipment (Clean room paneling, HVAC, Electrical / Instrumentation (BMS/EMS), Process & Support equipment, Furniture set-up etc.
- To support Project design, Planning, Procurement assistance, Execution, Commissioning and qualification / Validation:
- To plan and involve in project execution.
- To assist the project team in executing projects. He should also handle projects with minimum oversight.
- To prepare cost estimation for budgeting/approval, design co-ordination, planning/scheduling, execution, monitoring / controlling, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting etc.
- To be involved in preparing validation documentation.
- To handle trouble shooting of equipment / facility related services during and after commissioning.
- To implement HSE practices as per group / site requirements

- Experience in projects is mandatory.

Essentials:
- Practical experience in executing biotech projects.
- He should have knowledge in HVAC & Piping design.
- He should have optimum knowledge in Biotech projects (green field and brown field).
- He should have exposure in AUTOCAD drafting.
- He should have optimum knowledge in preparing validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ & SOPs)
- He should have good communication & soft skills.
- Should be able to prepare Project Progress Reports, MOMs, Power point presentations & general documentation.
