Qualification : B. E. / B. TECH Mechanical Engineering.
Work Experience : 7-9 Years relevant experience.
Job Description :
- Basic knowledge of MEP Design.
- Proficient Drawing & Specification Reading & analysis,
- Review the Technical Submittals, RFI's ensure its compliance with project specifications,
- Good in monitoring the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings & Specification,
- Good in the Testing-Commissioning & system Integration.
In Following Trades. :
- HAVC, Mechanical ventilation & Exhaust system
- Plumbing services (internal & external), Sewage Treatment Plant, Irrigation system
- Fire protection - Fire Pumps, Hydrant lines, Sprinklers, Pre-Action System
- Diesel storage facility, pumps & piping and leak detection system
- DG installation & Acoustic works etc.
- Integrated Building Management System.
- Elevators & Escalators.
